Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Apple Cheats ("Service"), including the Apple Cheats browser extension and website located at applecheats.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Apple Cheats ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apple Cheats provides a browser extension and related software tools that assist users with academic assignments across supported learning platforms including, but not limited to, WileyPlus, EdPuzzle, and Kahoot. The Service includes answer retrieval, autofill, and autocomplete functionality.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4.1 Account

To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Apple Cheats offers the following subscription tiers:

• Daily Plan — $3.30 USD for 24-hour access
• Weekly Plan — $5.30 USD for 7-day access
• Monthly Plan — $20.00 USD for 30-day access

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Apple Cheats does not store your full payment card details.

• All purchases, including subscriptions and platform fees, are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, technical issues, academic consequences, or platform changes.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials or subscription access to any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

Apple Cheats provides software tools for informational and educational assistance purposes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with any applicable rules, policies, or codes of conduct at your educational institution.
• Apple Cheats makes no representations regarding the compatibility of the Service with your institution's academic integrity policies.
• Any academic, disciplinary, or legal consequences arising from your use of the Service are your sole responsibility.
• Apple Cheats is not liable for any grades, academic standing, or institutional penalties related to your use of the Service.

The Service, including all software, code, branding, graphics, and content, is owned by Apple Cheats and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Apple Cheats SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR ACADEMIC STANDING, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Unused subscription time is generally non-refundable upon termination for cause.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current subscription period.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
